Yes, I know its 12:30am!!!! I have had a sudden burst of energy tonight for some reason.....I have been practicing strength moves in the living room while watching Vh1's 20 greatest videos of the 80's!!!! It makes me feel so young, and so old, all at the same time....hee hee hee. I forget how music from your childhood holds SO many memories....good and bad:) You know you are a child of the 80's/ 90's if you head banged to Metallica's "Enter Sand Man" till your neck wouldn't work anymore:) (No joke, we really did.....) Or, if you danced to "Every Rose has its Thorn" with your junior high boyfriend.....(it was our song dammit!) Or, if you thought you were such a "bad girl" if you listened to Nine Inch Nails....right Tonya?:) Just like we made fun of our parents....so our children will make fun of us:) It is the way of the world! I came to grips with it long ago....lol. Well, enough of this 80's flash back- you probably all think I am crazy huh? I am, so get over it....:)

Training is going great!! I am at 9% bodyfat, 129#, 117.5 # of lean muscle (hopefully I can keep it!) I go to my DJ tomorrow to get my music cut for my 45 second routine. I have choreographed most of it, and it is a blast! I am ordering new suits from Christine Marsh....and I still need to order my cat suit from Jagware soon. So much to do, and only 13 weeks to do it in! There is never enough time or money for this competition stuff!! I should probably go to bed- goodnight everyone. Actually, good morning everyone! Have a great day, train hard, no excuses! Love ya,

Tami

Happy New Rear everybody!!!! Mine is on its way.....it takes about 14 weeks to get here, but it's worth it!......wink wink:)
I worked all day today at the hospital, and I think we ran a special on pregnant moms with the flu:( I am so scared of getting it, I am such a baby and I do not do well with throwing up! My hands are almost raw from washing them so often. My training and diet is finally getting on track, so I don't want anything to derail it!!

I lifted chest and shoulders yesterday, and I feel like a broken up old lady today. We spent a quiet new years at home, and I got to have my scheduled cheat meal....after I went for a 30 minute run (in the dark and freezing cold!) I couldn't feel my nose when I got back inside.....lovely Oregon winters!!! If I didn't love the Oregon spring, summer, and fall so much- I wouldn't put up with the winters
I am literally nodding off here...so I will try to write soon. I work at the hospital tomorrow- hopefully, all of the flu patients will have run their course:) Take care everyone! HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! May you achieve all of your fitness goals in 2007! Train hard, no excuses.
