OK everbody.......quick update before I go off to bed!!!!!!! I know that I have been SO horrible about keeping up on my journal the last 5 weeks.....but I have very good reasons:) My training studio is up and running, and I am SO excited about it! My clients made the transition very well, and I am happy to say that I have picked up quite a few new ones too.....women love the private training atmosphere, with no one looking at them.....they can't all be little social bugs like me:)
I am 5 days out from the Europa Super Pro Fitness----and so far, the competitor list is up to 23 fitness girls!!!!!!!!!!!! (which is unheard of anymore). I am rooming with my best buddy Michelle Mayberry, who also got her pro card at Team Universe last month.....yeah Michelle!!!! She is making her pro debut at the Europa. We compete on Friday, and we have all day Saturday for photo shoots, and really getting to enjoy the expo booths!
I had a photo shoot with Aimee from www.strengthisbeautiful.com It was the funnest photo shoot ever! Aimee drove all the way from Washington (4hrs by the way) to shoot me in my own "space". We did some wheat field shots that are to die for!!!!!!!!!! We also went out in the woods and shot in a shallow creek, and between some beautiful rock outcroppings. I will get the pics posted on the website as soon as Aimee gets them to me. If you go to her website right now, she has a great one on her opening page:)
Training is going great! I am taking more muscle into this contest than I ever have before! Right now, I am about 6% at 128 lbs!!!!!!!!!!! I am hoping my legs rip up just a little more with my next 2 days of depletion......we'll see:) Routines are strong.....which is good for practice- cuz that means when the adrenaline starts flowing- I can fly! I actually have to tone them down a little when performing, because I can actually hurt myself:) Well, I am nodding off sitting here....have a great day tomorrow- I am working at the hospital:) Gotta deliver some babies....lol. My day starts at 5am tomorrow......train hard- no excuses! Love ya,
Tami

Good luck at the Europa, Tami Ough! I'm actually glad there are more contestants for fitness this year. I think figure needs to get its standards straight and fitnes needs more attention. I didn't even know of the New York Pro Fitness results until today. I also hope this time they've had the common sense to put some type of mat on the floor for all those fitness routines!
