Is everyone fat and sassy this holiday season????? I am working on the fat part, but I am always sassy:) Just ask my husband:) I have been extremely busy getting ready for Christmas, and fitting in all of my personal training clients- as well as my own training here and there....ha ha ha. I helped at my kids' school last week for the "Old fashioned Christmas celebration", and of all things....they put me on the fudge making booth!!! That's like telling a junkie to work in a pharmacy;) I had a great time, and my kids are still at that stage where your mom is a rock star when she comes to your school...I don't suppose it will be this way for too much longer:)

I will officially start my pre contest diet the day after Christmas.....I am really dreading it for some reason, maybe because it has been too long since I have gotten ready for a contest! But, I am ready to start wearing my "skinny" wardrobe again:) That's the one benefit to contest dieting....everything fits and everything looks good! I am hoping I get lots of workout clothes for Christmas, since I live at the gym now- I am always wearing them! All my favorite pants are getting holes in them! Someone at the gym saw me in nice jeans the other day and told me I clean up good.....in jeans???? (Ok, I think it was a compliment, but it means that I wear way too much lycra!) Anyhow, I am going to go to bed now, I am nodding off here at the computer:) My life isn't that interesting right now....once I start dieting- I will have all kinds of dirt to dish about:) Train hard everyone, no excuses! Love ya,

Tami

Good luck to the start of your pre contest diet. I just started with Pete to get ready for my first natural light body building show. We're shooting for late March or April. I've got a long way to go, but have rededicated myself to the pre contest diet as of today knowing that Christmas is going to kick my butt, but I'm going to try to hold tight.

Just thought I would say Hello from Washington and wish you the best.

Happy Holidays.
