Hi everyone! This is my first official posting to my journal page!!! I am preparing for Team Universe Nationals this weekend in New York. I am in my final competition prep stage which is always the most dramatic. The daily changes in my physique are incredible.....I will post as much as I can until Wednesday August 3rd when I leave. My hope for this journal is for all of you to get to know me better and be able to follow my competition preparation, as well as my off-season progress. Competing is an emotional roller coaster, which I am sure any of you that compete can attest to. Please feel free to e-mail me and make comments about my journal entries if you would like.
